The Illinois Great Rivers Conference Dashboard is part of a larger initiative called Vital Signs, which illustrates local church weekly reports of benchmark statistics through graphs and gauges.
You can view information for the Conference, a district level or an individual church. Charts show trends for the current year and additional statistics on membership, worship attendance, baptisms, professions of faith, participation in connectional giving (apportionments), giving to the Imagine No Malaria campaign and the number of volunteers and number of people served beyond the local church through Outreach Ministries.
Launched in October 2010 as a stand-alone dashboard, the Illinois Great Rivers Conference was invited to be a part of Vital Signs.

Each Monday, an email is sent to the pastor's IGRC email address requesting that the statistical data be entered and a link will be provided to the data entry page. Pastors serving more than one congregation will receive an email with link for each congregation since each church will have its own page. This link will not change from week to week so it is possible for persons to bookmark these pages and proceed with entering the data without having to wait for the email.
Should the pastor wish to delegate this responsibility to staff or someone in the church, the pastor will need to provide the alternate email address by contacting Michele Willson. In accordance with action taken by the 2008 annual conference, the IGRC email address for clergy is the official means of communication. Therefore, we cannot honor requests by clergy to have the email notification sent to their personal email accounts. Email accounts have been established for all IGRC pastors under appointment. Clergy who have never accesssed their IGRC account or have forgotten how to log into the IGRC email system may contact Willson for their password or assistance.
A link will be provided to enable one to review previously posted information and to make any corrections to it for up to four weeks after it is posted. Should you need to correct, update or add information for a particular week that is no longer visible, contact Paul Black or Michele Willson and they can assist you.
